This place has a fantastic central location, close to Switzerland's efficiency, with colorful surroundings, train station, castles.

The very central location in front of the train station. Very flexible staff, fast check-in and lovely bar. Good-sized and newly remodelled unit with a nice decor...

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The place was clean, and we loved the economy queen room. We truly enjoyed the continental breakfast in the restaurant. It has a marvelous and unbeatable location right by the surrounding mountains, with the train station within walking distance of the castles and the center of Bellinzona. There was also a pizza restaurant nearby.

Excellent location for those traveling by train - just across the railway station; good soundproof windows - no outside noise; very clean and modern-looking rooms;

Not a single drawer / wardrobe in a twin room we were staying, no minibar or safe box

I was there for 1 night and ate at pizza restaurant with outside patio facing street. The bathroom was large with a shower, a hairdryer and guest toiletries:)))

The location here is fantastic on a hill, and we enjoyed it a lot; the breakfast is freshly made with a good variety of local items.

The room was comfortable, clean and very close to the train station.

Outside the room there was nothing to do. Only thing is the neighbour restaurant where also the breakfast is served. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Only downside for us had actually nothing to do with the hotel itself, but was the city of Bellinzona, which we didn't think appealling. We therefore moved out earlier than planned, which was no problem at all to the friendly staff.

The mountain view here is amazing, and the location is very central with lakes and the Swiss railway nearby, right in front of the train station.

The best option in Ticino! Great value for money, easy to find just near the station, comfortable rooms, nice staff. It is difficult for me to think about any negative issue.

The hotel is nice and all is new. Rooms well maintained and very confortable.

Room rate is quite expensive for what it is.Parking comes as an extra charge.. Breakfast could be improved for that price as it is very basic compared to other Hotels.

The breakfast here was generous and just right, featuring fresh bread, cereals, fruit, and eggs. Everything tasted fresh, and the location couldn't be better! 🍽️.

The Restaurant Menu is not Multilingual and some Swiss traditional Dishes would be nice!!!!. Ie. Internazionale Hotel?!?! No Swiss flags any where??? Swiss Canton Flages??? Or International Flags of any kind??? You know - you're Swiss and should show it!!!!!
